Delivery

Made-to-measure, custom sized corsets require a new corset pattern to be designed based on you specific measurements, a made-to-measure corset will usually take between 3-6 weeks to be made and dispatched. Please contact us if you are concerned about delivery or if you have an urgent requirement.

Once dispatched, delivery times are normally 1-3 days for UK orders and 7-10 days for International orders, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control.

Returns

All sales are final for custom made orders. All made to measure, custom and special order items are non-returnable, so please order with care. Gothic Glamour are not responsible for corsets made to incorrect measurements that have been supplied by the customer.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within 48 hours of the goods being received. Please examine your new garments, and let us know immediately if your item is damaged in any way, contacting us at info@gothic-glamour.com for a return authorization number. All our garments are quality checked before being posted out and we will not accept goods that are damaged from abuse/or misuse. We reserve the right not to credit any goods returned to us without authorization, or where the goods have been altered, worn, abused or misused. Returned goods of this nature will be disposed of after thirty days if payment is not authorized and received for return shipment.

All customers must ensure their returned item contains their name, address, order number and a brief note about their return. All customers should also ensure their parcel is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS otherwise customs duty and import tax may become payable. If this occurs we will refuse to accept the package.

If your package is returned to us as "refused" or "unclaimed", we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item.

Cancelations

The order process begins as soon as payment is received. As a result orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

We assume no responsibility or liability for the misuse of our products, possible injury or any undesirable effects resulting from the purchase and wear of an ill fitting garment. Additionally, our company makes no claims regarding the use of corsets for general health or medical purposes. Please consult with your doctor first before purchasing a corset for any general health or medical use or if you are to tight-lace or waist train.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay the delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for any reason.
